Please meet OTR's.............
Lexi

As you can see she is a beautiful 4 year old spayed
female. She is a healthy girl weighing around 48 pounds
who loves to run and play and generally have a good
time. Lexi plays rough and has the typical
bulldog stubbornness, therefore, we do not feel she
would be appropriate for a home with young children.

Lexi is searching for a home with a
fenced yard where she can run off some of her energy and
play with her people. Her favorite game is keep away
with a ball, but you can forget about her giving it back
to you. But she thinks the game is way to much fun to
just make you think she wants to give it to you then run
the other way. She gets along fine with other dogs but
tends to be a little bossy with them. If she can be in
charge she totally enjoys the company of other dogs.

If you think you are ready to play ball with this
party girl we would love to hear from you!!
You've heard of the "Cookie
Monster"
Well meet OTR's own......
Ben
The "Toy Monster"

Ben lives for his toys!!! He absolutely LOVES his toys. He
will entertain himself for hours and hours and he gets so
excited when you give him a new one he honestly smiles.

Ben is a solidly build low to the ground beautiful 8 year
old male. Don't tell him he is 8 though, he thinks he is
two. He is a very happy boy and loves attention. He can
get a little excited with other dogs and bully them around a
little bit so we think he would be happiest in an only dog
home.
He is a healthy boy with some minor skin issues that are
easily managed with diet and regular baths. He has dry eye,
which is very common with the breed and requires daily drops
to manage the issue. Otherwise, he is in great shape. He
came to us by way of a shelter in NJ where his owners were
moving and did not want to take him along.
When all is
said and done.....Ben says the perfect ending to the perfect
day is...............

Let us know if your toy box is big enough to keep Ben
happy.
Georgia
"On My Mind"

Yes this beautiful little girl is on our minds here at OTR.
Georgia came to us last fall weighing barely 25 pounds, sick, very withdrawn and lifeless. She has come a long way for sure. She now weighs in at around 37 pounds and is active and has quite the little personality.

Georgia is a "special needs" girl. She suffers from a genetic disorder called Megaesophagus. This is a neurological condition. Her brain is very slow to tell her esophagus to push the food down into her stomach. We have figured out ways to manage this condition with her. She eats food that we mix into a paste from a spoon, and we give it to her over a period of about 20 minutes. Taking these precautions helps her to live a very normal life. We would be glad to provide additional information about this condition and the management of it upon request.
Georgia's perfect family will be one that has the time and patience to continue to handle her medical condition for the rest of her life. She would do best in a home with no other dogs or with an older less active dog. She is sweet and quite funny and just wants to be loved. She is very calm and quiet so she is not one to require a lot of exercise. Actually her favorite thing is to curl up in a nice cozy bed for a big nap or chew quietly on a nice tasty bone.

If you want to fall in love with a sweet girl and can provide her a new forever home we would love to hear from you.
